It might've behooved Warner to release the fifth Potter movie a couple of months after the final book, not a week and a half before. Fans were so pumped for the finale that you couldn't blame them for concentrating funds on the media they hadn't experienced yet. Still, the movie did remarkable worldwide numbers its first week, and its audience should expand further on DVD. Director David Yates did a nice job taking the reins of the series, conducting the various double-crosses at Hogwarts.
