Go beyond the movie with the Enhanced Viewing Mode, incorporating more than 60 extra minutes of deleted scenes and behind-the-scenes footage as you watch the film.Reviews:
Sadly, this new version of Bryan Singer's "X-Men" does not containany long-rumored changes to the film, such as the addition of new footage showingthe origins of Storm and Cyclops as children. Nor did the filmmaker go backand add effects to make James Marsden less wooden or remove Halle Berry's10th Avenue tranny wig. They didn't even bother to remove that stupid "toad-struck-by-lightning"line, perhaps one of the worst snippets of dialogue in the history of film.Disc one of the double-disc set features the original film, along with a commentaryby Singer, the deleted scenes with branchable playback, and 17 behind-the-scenesfeaturettes. The second platter is where things get hairy: featurettes on casting, costumes and effects, storyboard-to-animatic-to-film comparisons, movie premierefootage from Ellis Island, multi-angle scene studies, a still photo gallery,14 TV spots, 12 web interstitials, 3 theatrical trailers, and a Phoenix in apear tree. OK, I made that last one up. But there is a special preview of "X-Men2."
