It's almost as pleasing a subject as Phone Booth-the idea that we'll get to see 40,000,000 volts shot through Kevin Spacey's body. But alas, this turgid morality play about a man who may or may not deserve to die gets bogged down in goofy plot reversals and stinky right-to-life mawkishness. With a commentary by director Alan Parker and deleted scenes.
