Reviews:

At least, that's what I've heard. See, Jack plays a Civil War veteran who meets Loretta Lynn, who is a seamstress on a plantation. He convinces her to make an album. She agrees, and then every hipster doofus with a white belt from Williamsburg to Bucktown to Silverlake goes out and actually buys a Loretta Lynn record. And then they all pretend that they've been Loretta Lynn fans forever. That's the movie. Or at least it should have been.
