Reviews:

It’s hard to keep even the most devoted fans’ attention after four seasons, but Desperate Housewives did the trick by (spoiler mania; seriously, stop reading now if you’re buying this blind) fast-forwarding five years in the season finale. Creator Marc Cherry envisions the program lasting seven years, but he might be wise to curtail it and drive up anticipation for a Sex and the City style film blowout.
